I am getting a new iphone in the next couple of weeks. I want one of these to have a reader, a device to play games, a PDA, and a phone, and a GPS (!), all wrapped up in one package. I was happy to see a choice of readers (aps) available for this format. I tagged all the readers in del.ici.ous.

I work in the Music, Film and Audio Department, and sometimes receive calls about e-services. Most of the time, I am forced to go step by step through the FAQs listed on the downloadables page on CLPs website. Most of the time, the problem stems from something to do with the customer's computer.

Did you know that you can "Google" an error message that pops up on your computer and sometimes figure out what the problem is yourself?
